We acquire and restore townhomes in prime NYC neighborhoods.
We focus on properties with exceptional natural light, original details worth preserving, and the kind of original details you can't recreate. Pre-war townhomes that have been carved into apartments, left in poor condition, or buried under bad renovations.
Most of our projects involve converting multi-family buildings back to single-family use—undoing decades of cheap subdivisions to restore the home's original character.

We develop a limited number of homes at a time, allowing us to stay closely involved from acquisition through delivery. Some properties are offered for sale once complete. Others remain private.
