This is Entre Deux
It started with a brownstone and a simple idea: preserve the character, rethink the rest.
That first brownstone was like so many others in NYC. Gorgeous, original details that were buried under drop ceilings, rental conversions, and decades of bad design decisions.
The project became Entre Deux, a New York–based townhome developer focused on protecting what makes these homes extraordinary and modernizing what doesn’t.
Our work combines our love of preservation with modern Function.
Today, we work in two ways: sometimes we buy the home, renovate it completely, and bring it to market. Other times, we partner with owners who want the same approach applied to their own renovation.
